Hands down www.ellusionist.com, if you are actually serious about learning that form of magic/illusion, ellusionist is an excellent place to start. Keep in mind though, unless you have a personal mentor who is willing to train you himself for free, you are going to have to put up some money to learn this type of magic performance. If you are serious about performing magic and getting some amazing reactions then believe me when I say the money will be worth it.

You can start by going to a shop near you that sells magic tricks. You know those little joke shops. Talk to the employees and they may have an answer for you.
Or the best way I think would be to locate a street magician. I think contacting Blaine and Angel would be hard but if you live in a major city there should be someone on the streets giving shows. Ask if you can be there apprentice and learn everything hands on. I'm sure that person would be flattered.
