Scotch is a drink or an egg, if you mean the people who live in Scotland, the word is 'Scottish'.
Oh unless it's a trick question and the answer is in the question, i.e. the easiest way to annoy the Scottish is to call them Scotch!!

Referring to them as a drink will make all "SCOTS" angry and ensure that they never buy you a bottle of "SCOTCH " at Christmas, but you knew that already, didn't you? Asking a Scotsman, " where does Scotland display its international football trophies", has the same effect.

Ask them what city in Ireland are they from? This is a winner. Then ask them how far is it from Dublin? Ignore their answer and repeat the first two questions.

I misread your question, I thought it said enjoy scotch.
I like mine on the rocks.
To annoy the scots, you call them Irish.
