if you have a load of cash that you have nothing else to spend it on, and an extreme interest in body fabrication, then yes, you could do it.
can you take out the stock engine and drop in the HEMI without any fabrication? no, i dont see how that is at all possible.
when you think about it, its not a horrible idea...but some people will bag on you for putting a musclecar engine in a 'jap-crap' car (which it isnt. so shut your holes). others will yell at you for junking the stock engine, which is easily modifiable, or ruining an awesome drifter\quarter mile car...youll always find problems i guess.

Yes, you could put DEMI Moore in your lap too, but neither one of those will be obtainable in your lifetime...
Oh, by the way, if your plugs are located in the middle of your cylinder head, you already have a Hemi, which is just a hemisperical head design.

a 200sx is just a 2 door sentra isnt it? going from a 1.8 liter to a 5+ liter sounds impossible to me.
