Not had one but probably depends on what guinea pig was eating in the main. Probably a bit bony, and not a lot of meat but worth a try.

Yeah. In Peru people consume fried guinea pig (cuy), my mum advised me that it flavor like chiken, i by no skill needed attempt it cuz it look like a rat. despite the fact that if it extremely is not a classic dish interior the capital, you will see that interior the Andes.

Bite your tongue really really hard, actually place your tongue tween you teeth and hit you chin in an upward fashion with a small sledgehammer, now chew. there ya go.

Depends how you cook it. I slow cook mine, turning occasionally and adding a chicken tonight for the last hour. The spanish chicken works best for me, yummy

i have eaten only a little piece of one , but they taste like a cross between a spotted owl and a bald eagle. not very good at all.
