Yes, because you can't fix anything unless you know what it is. Admitting the truth is the first step towards making it better.

Absolutely would be a far better place. But could put a few people off side if you were to finally be your truth, speak your truth and act on it.
Integrity - your honesty to yourself is the best thing you could follow. If only everyone was honest and could handle the reflection of honesty we (that is the human race) would'nt be in such a terrible state.
Don't stop trying or you will sell out to yourself.

Definitely!! Personally, I believe in honesty and live in honesty. I can spot lies and find liars disgusting. Many years ago I was taught the meaning of "Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive" and really believe the truth in this saying. I don't ever have to worry about what I'm saying because it is the truth. (I don't have to think, oh, what was it I told them; or coverup or whatever people do because they lie)

I have heard that honesty is it's own best enemy. If you had a controlled society that had to answer honesty with honesty, we would definitely be in better shape. But unfortunately, we have weasels in the G'ovt and probably one for a boss. It's best to keep the honesty schtick to family, close friends, and your clergy.

Sure. But just as importantly, would be if people had the ability to take criticism without getting emotional.
