Monarchy, fascist, and republican. But don't get them confused with economic "types": communist, socialist, and capitalist. Also, most governments today are either a mix or mis-named. England, for instance, is a Monarchy but is "ruled" by an elected parliament which makes it more republican, or "representative". Many communist regimes call themselves "democratic", but the citizens certainly don't elect anybody. So it's difficult to attach a label in any meaningful way. Hope this helps.
