I would try DBZ: Shin Budokai. It's much more simpler than all the other Budokai games and it seems to cost less if you count $30-$40 cheap. If not then i have don't have any other games.

I recommend eBay for any PSP games because I could find them alot cheaper.I recently went to Best Buy and was about to buy MLB 06: The Show for $40 to $50 bucks and decided to wait til I got home to check eBay. 3 days later I received MLB 06 from eBay for $25 bucks. But incase you want to go to your local Gamestop, EB Games, or Best Buy with walkiing out with a game in mind I'd say go with Lumines or if you want to try something new and fun go with Virtual Tennis, it should cost about $20 bucks.

Midnight Club 3 is a pretty good game. Its a greatest hits, and its only 20 bucks new. Get it. You'll enjoy it. Same with twisted metal and star wars battlefront 2. Same price, all very good games.

That one racing game that came out early on is like $20 now, but sorry, you're screwed. PSP has maybe three games considered playable at this point.
