I've been married 1 year and have been with my husband for 3. Prior to meeting him, I ended a 2 year relationship with a guy who wanted to marry me, but who I didn't feel was the one. I'm still in touch with his mom and I know he's getting married this November. Last night I had a dream that we were at his mom's house preparing for the wedding. My mom and Grandma were there too and my ex boyfriend came over to us and was telling us that the reason he was getting married was because he knew I didn't feel it was meant to be between us. His bride was a woman in her forties, chubby and completely unattractive - definitely not the woman he's marrying. I want to know why in my dream I thought his bride would look like that. I also kept finding bathrooms all over in the mom's house - and I couldn't use any of them because there were windows right by the toilet and I didn't want people walking by and seeing me use it. My grandma kept telling me he was still in love with me.

I have not drempt about him in a really long time and 6 months after we broke up, his dad passed away and I had a dream the weekend his dad died that him and I were working in the same office and we both came out of our offices and stared at each other, said nothing, with arms at our sides. I believe these dreams to be telepathy - the only way that him and I can communicate now. Please give a sincere response to anything you feel this dream might signify. I have been thinking about it all day long. I know it means something.

I think you're dreaming that his bride is ugly because you know in your heart it wasn't right between you and your ex, and the ugliness indicates you don't feel threatened by her in any way. Alternatively it could be that that's how you would see yourself with this bloke if you got married - you would see a part of yourself that would be ugly to you, and not how you would want to see yourself. The windows in the bathroom show your feelings of insecurity and fear of your true self being exposed which is a natural reponse to your worries about your ex building a life with someone else. I would try not to worry about this dream, I think it's your mind coming to terms with the fact you and your ex have moved on and that you've made the right decision for both of you. Hope this helped.

I am not sure what your dreams means but I will relate a similar situation and see if it helps make any sense.

I have a friend who I have known for about 12 years. We had an immediate connection and became fast friends. He was interested in more, I was not. Eventually I gave it a shot, but it did not work out. We have had some good times and bad times over the years. He has really helped me out and he has also been a real ****** to me, but we have this connection I can not explain. I am beginning to wonder if there is something about him I must learn about myself.

A thought just occurred to me, you pictured him marrying an unattractive woman. Maybe not as good as you? Maybe in the back of your mind you kept him as a safety net, someone who would always still be there. Maybe it is hard for you to accept that he is moving on with his life so he must be settling.
If my friend got married I think I would feel I was loosing my safety net.

The bathroom window may mean that you feel unconscious desires are being exposed and you feel guilty for thinking of him as a safety net.

They say dreams are a window into our unconscious, I am sure it never occurred to you that he was your safety net, but keeping in touch with his mother is a sign. Your dream is trying to help you let go, because there is still a connection and you are facing a loss.

the question is: do you love him?

and all the bathrooms and windows are because you know you have to use them but you dont want others to see you( know what is inside of you)

so be honest...

DEAR FRIEND,
IT INDICATE NOT THAT YOU LOVE HIM, ITS A KIND OF SYMPATHY AND REGRET DEVELOPED IN YOUR MIND TOWARDS HIM. DOT FEEL THAT YOU ARE THE PERFECT MATCH TO HIM.ALSO ASK YOUR HUSBAND TO TAKE YOU OUT WITH HIM AND CARE YOU MORE. YOU SHOULD ALSO TAKE AS MUCH PRIVACY YOU REQUIRED SO THAT YOU DONT FEEL HESITATED TO SPEAK TO YOUR HUS WHEN YOUFEEL OF HIM. CONSIDER YOUR HUS AS YOUR LOVER AND DEVELOP LOVE YOWARDS HIM MORE.
