Can a landlord divulge information concerning your lease and the people who are or are not included on that lease with you to a third party without a court order?

Yes, absolutely. It is not priviledged information. You can ask for a privacy clause, but they don't have to sign it.

The landlord can tell anyone anything if a person asks him but it would be to your best interest 2 ask him why he's discussing your lease.Is he considering renting your place 2 this person once your out.Good Luck

Yes they can. They can't give anyone personal information like your SSN. But as far as who lives in the unit. yep.
