Unless the album has been released, the only way you'll get it on a cd is to do it yourself. You can buy the equipment and software to do it at radioshack, it costs about 20 bucks. It lets you take the album from vinyl, into your computer as an mp3 file. You just have to take the time to allow the entire album to play, since albums dont have song breaks like stuff today. then you just have to use the software and go back and edit out the pops and cracks in the original track, convert to a wave, and you're all set to burn it to a cd.

There is porbably a way to record them on your computer and then onto a CD. That is the only way I can think of, except for finding an old album that has been rereleased

Depends what you mean by old. Most albums have been released or re-released on CD, if it hasn't then you;ll need to either record it yourself or get it done professionally. eBay is always a good starting point
