Guys do not leave their wives for the other woman. They leave their wife and then get a new woman--it's never the mistress(too much messiness involved). You are being used, and not loved: how loving is it to keep someone hanging? Not at all. I think you should look into getting involved in things in life that make you happy, and when you are involved in something or someone that is making you unhappy, make a different choice. It's up to you; it's not up to him or his wife.
By the way, what a rotten husband and father this guy turned out to be. I feel most for the wife and child.
All the best to you in making better decisions.

What do I think? I think he wont leave his wife, or he would have already done it.
He says hes concerned with his 2 yr old, but thats pretty lame, cuz his 2 yr old son would not even know what was happening. If hes gonna do it, he better do it now. Itll only be harder for him later if he waits. His child WILL know if he waits.
Its just an excuse hes using. Id move on, hes wasting your time.

Walk away...no, better RUN away.
First, he's a liar...not very good basis for a relationship, Second, he obviously has no respect for his wife, or love for his child, and has no problem cheating on them...and you wanna be next?
What is it that makes you think you will fare any better in a few years once the shine has worn off you? You better think this over a bit.

move on......usually guys do NOT divorce their wives to be with their lovers. He did that to her, could do the same to you. It is sad, very sad to break two people apart. You may not have done, but you could feel guilty for the rest of your life. He may still love her and go back to her. Sometimes couples go thru difficult times and one of them, or both of them, go and look for an affair. Sorry to say that, but married guys are never a good choice.
Good luck.
