Under Article 2, Sec. 4, the President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from office by impeachment for treason, bribery and other High Crimes and Misdemeanors. As Donald Rumsfeld is an Officer of the United States, he can be impeached, but as pointed out in an earlier post, it's doubful that it would happen in a Republican controlled congress.

I can't imagine what. Care to offer a suggestion? Yes, the Senate confirmed him, but he serves at the pleasure of the President.

He could be impeached, but it would make more sense to impeach the primary problems, Cheney & Bush. Scumsfeld goes with them.
