well i would say no my dad got the tip of his finger cut off and the Dr had to amputate it until the knuckle and this was over a year ago and it just became very sensitive and has not full fully healed

If it's just the tip, yes. But if you cut off the whole apical ectodermal ridge, no way. If only the tip is cut off, it may grow back slightly deformed.

no that is false if you cut off your fingers and freeze them right away there is a chance that the doctors can stitch them back on

I cut off the tip of my finger 10 years ago.....so far nothing has grown back, there ya go.....

no it is not true.because my friends dad cut off one of his and it never grew back and it been like now 12 years.

It does not grow back. They can sew it back with surgery.
