The short answer is "no." Any company selling "discounted" tickets on line to the general public, is still selling for a profit, which means the tickets had to be cheaper somewhere else. Plus they often include fees that may bump up the price.
That said, if you are an American Express card member, you can often get discounted tickets (but not to the top shows). See their website for details (www.americanexpress.com). Note that there are versions of their cards that have no annual fee (like the Blue Cash card). I have one that I only use for buying tickets.
Visa also does that type of promotion.

If you want to see one of the big shows (right now that would include Lion King, Drowsy Chaperone, Spamalot, etc) expect to pay full price, unless you are lucky at the TKTS booth that day. Discounted tickets only are available for shows that aren't filling their theaters (right now that would be The Producers, Rent, etc).
