Well this guy I know Served 10 yrs in Prison. And now that he has been out for a yr or so, they come and arrest him on a warrant that they have held since 1993. The crime isn't muder or anything that serious. But I was under imppresion that they couldn't hold a warrant for that long. And the other thing is that he was a juvenile when this alleged crime was commited. Isn't against the law to knowingly hold a charge like that and the sandbag someone after they have served their tim?

The warrant, depending upon the charge, might never expire. If that's the case, he can be arrested and charged. The good news is that, unless he gets waived to adult court, he should get charged under the juvenile laws and his punishment would be that which would be given to a juvenile.

there is no statute of obstacles on an arrest warrant. they could be able to arrest him at any element. His perfect wager might want to be to expose himself in, otherwise they'll locate him ultimately at the same time as he comes decrease back to the states. heading off the arrest warrant is worse than him in basic terms turning himself into authorities now, because a minimum of he's being cooperative.

If you turned 18 the crime or whatever should go away. They might stil want to do something but it will be charged when you were underage. It wouldnt matter to you this is a good thing, anything that happened prior to your 18th birthday wont show up on record when you apply for jobs. I on the other hand wasnt so lucky
