I had 20-20 Vision at one point, however Computer Addiction has left me with poor vision.

Although I'm coping well and reducing my time on the computer, How can I improve my vision further ? (It's not so bad, I can't see or see objects a in a blurry fashion if they're at long or medium distances)

I did go to the doctor and apparently I don't need glasses (just yet, as she says that it is very minor). But I still feel my vision has worsened and want to improve it.

You can try eye exercises to improve your vision.

My vision is 20/400, which is really bad. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

I recently saw some improvement. Other people (who have also experienced improvements) have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

So without your glasses your acuity ( how good you'll be able to see) might be effected. But together with your glasses on and if it's the proper correction you'll have superb imaginative and prescient. No glasses deficient imaginative and prescient, glasses on well imaginative and prescient. It is as instantaneous as that. Just preserve dressed in the glasses however as you grow older (say over forty) you'll have got to get the strain to your eyes checked, even though this isn't a position of dressed in glasses this can be a position of age.

The computer didn't do it. There are condition like glaucoma that can be treated if you get them diagnosed, but can't be reversed if you keep putting it off. Go to an eyeglass store and you can get evaluated for all the disorders you might have for about $40. Or you can continue to go blind. Flip a coin if you can't decide between the two.
