You start season in Smackdown and if RVD is the champ at the Royal Rumble an ECW Storyline will start (after the Royal Rumble). You're in a ladder match and either when you're about to win or you lose the match it doesn't matter. It'll show a cutscene that you're about to get the title then Chris Jericho knocks the ladder down and helps RVD get the title. Sometime after RVD will tell you to join ECW or stay at Smackdown. Choose ECW and you'll face RVD for the title and win it.

u cant get to ecw one night stand, but there is an ecw story line. also, u can buy the arena
