Honey, if you have a pain and your mom and coach don't think you need to go to the doctor you need to take yourself. Running on a hip that has even the slightest bit of injury can really screw you up later in life. Tell the two of them unless they are planning on pushing you around in a wheelchair they need to get off their butts and stop thinking about themselves and start thinking about you.

Do you run the same route all the time? Some roads and tracks are built on a slight incline. You might want to try running in the opposite direction on the other side of the road to balance things out. Try alternating every time you run.

Whats wrong with taking yourself to the doctors. If your mum wont then go yourself and ask your doctors advice surely your health is more important than running cross country. xx

Hon I don't want to scare you, but when my nephew complained about his leg hurting years ago it became a life or death situation.
He complained about the long bone g oing down the front of his right leg..........After complaining about this for at least a couple of weeks on a daily basis, his mom and dad took him to the doctor.
Turned out he had a rare form of Bone Cancer...........In fact It was so rare that they had to take him out of state to where they treated this bone disease......One leg is a fraction shorter than the other........He underwent surgery.... therapy. .They thought they haad gotten the cancer out withthe first surgery, but next check up out of state showed more.......Second surgery removed all of cancer...........that was 10 years ago and he is still doing great...............It was expensive to go through, but he is alive......

Talk to her about the benefits of chiropractics. You probably have something out of place which a chiropractor could easily fix.
