How do you carefully punch a hole through a guitar pick ?

I went to the fall out boy show a few months ago and want to punch a hole through the pick I caught from pete , I wan't to put it on an necklace chain without damaging it , Any ways to do it besides grabbing a fork , putting it thru fire and puncturing it ??

Heat the tip of a nail then poke it through the guitar pick. I do it all the time.

Get a pair of plyers and a sewing needle, heat the needle while holding with the plyers(red hot) burn a hole through the pick. Hope that helps. Good Luck

i have tried loadsa ways had the same necklace idea as u but just with anyold plectrum
anyhoo so plastic is hard to get through so a really small drill btu it is best if u use the colllege tec rooms and their super small drills to do it
but i think that is the bes way to do it

I suggest not putting a hole thru it but if you REALLLLY want to then use a needle(fine point) and SLOWLY twist it while carefully putting it thru the pick

you can take a sharp steak knife. put the tip in the area you want to make the hole..spin the pick while putting the knife at an angle and apply pressure

Use a drill with a very small drill bit. Do not drill along the edge because it may split it, and make sure that you have it secured before drilling.

i would put the thing in a vise and try maybe a heated needle to start a pilot hole. then you can drill into it afterwards.

Drill it with a small bit. Make sure you have steady hands or have someone else do it.
