it's a very vague question, depends what angles you look at it from. Political leadership is the big problem in Africa. Leaders inpower do not think about the good of their citizens and about making their economies grow. They only think about their own pockets. People in africa who should fight this are so fatalist, they just let the leaders do whatever they want. Obvisouly in some countries, you can be killed for speaking up against a president or a government, but still, how long are we going to sit and let this happen? where we managed to have some changes though democractic elections, the people who came to power confiscated the countries and are worse than those who left! we have the politics and the politicians we deserve, we should be more proactive, more demanding, more respectful of ourselves and of our choices, and simply more courageous.

ita bout embezling money and exterminating your opponents while millions suffer.its rooted in da cultur my man.if you let those poor people a chance then they do the same thing to their fellow man.thus africans the most divided people on earth.
