Maybe because you somehow believe it will make you feel trapped, and what you need is a bit more space, not to be unfaithful, but just to feel you are independent.
Try to imagine how you would feel if your husband disappeared tomorrow, and never came home from work. How would you feel then, perhaps that might answer the question for you. If you would be devastated, then you know you do love him, so just say the words, its not too difficult if you are sure of your feelings

t's a misconception that men don't like women saying I Love You. Sure you have to show him with your emotions and other things. It's a fact that women usually like it said more, but on the whole love needs to be expressed at least once a month. Eyes do not always speak for themselves. Actions express love but you really know when you show those actions and say the words.

I'm with Yulieth on this. IF... you love him.. the words just come pouring out.. you can't help saying it. It's the same with a look, or a touch... if love IS there... it will show itself and there's not a thing you can do about it. IF, on the other hand... you can't say the words.. or have the look.. or the tender touch, then I'm sorry... you don't love him!

it could be that you are worrying about the words... if you show him you love him then that is ok for you .We are all different. BUT and there is a but....has HE told you he would like YOU tell him you love him? Sometimes someone asking you to tell them can be very threatening especially if you are a bit shy or not brilliant at discussing feelings. There are many ways of expressing love....

I understand, I felt the same at one point. The fact is you do love him-don't you? Sometimes events and situations cause a person to questions their feelings. I said to myself "what if she left me" ? then I realized how much I loved her.. It might work for you too.. You sometimes don't know what you have till it's gone.
Good Luck

I think that people utter those words far too easily. The eyes can say it much more directly ...where it is 'on display.'
No idea why you 'can't say it,' you don't give any clues about you or it. Maybe the answer is there in your eyes too!
Good luck.

its very strange that you say you feel love, but you can't actually say it to him, give it a go, that is if you really do love him, it should come naturally for you to say it, we all need to hear the words, if you can't say it maybe you need to think about how you really feel

Saying I love you is so much easier then showing how you love him. If you can't say the words, you probably don't love him.

I heard of japaneese lovers they never tell eachother those things they love and that's it, they said that you lose the power of your feelings just trying to express it with words.
