According to some religious people, who are closely connected to Christianity, God created himself, therefore he is his own father AND mother, must have committed The Original Sin and incest, and looking at all the trouble that caused down here on earth then little wonder they are so high up on the sin list! Are you following this? I suppose we should be thankful for the Christians though, they fought off the Muslims and other faiths so that we wouldn't have to spend half of the day praying and bowing towards Mecca, not to mention those daft fasts etc., and the ability to have no faith without being regarded no better than a piece of dog poo in the gutter (as is the case in some countries of the world).

Yeh he did have parents. Our ancestors.
In my opinion God does not exist therefore his 'mother' and his 'father' are us.

To say that something pre-dates time is rediculous and immposible. I don't care if your God, obey the laws of physics or stop screwing with people's mind.

Everything has a beggining and everything has an end, the evidence for that is in pretty much everything. Therefore God had to have a beggining...In someone's mind.

Taking the view that God does exist, simply to address the question, it may be interesting to ponder whether God was/is an hermaphrodite. After all He did invent the means to reproduce without the need of a partner.

Before time was created, there was only God conceptually, and in that light, the answer is no.

I believe God is All There Is. We are a division of God and we are here in time and space so that God may know itself experientally. God is creation and therefore we are creating. We as God create children.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?
God was the beginning and the eternity.
God is not a being but a belief, a concept, a formula for living a good life.

Well, yes. He had a very tough teenage-hood,making him wild and constantly angry. When he turned 18, he made the world as a anger management activity. Unforutunatelly, he got so enraged at adam and eve he sent them out of heaven. He only grudgingly agreed to send chirst down here, and rumour is he is waiting for us to apologize to him before he starts judgement day

God has always been here. He was the first thing around...and nothing was here to create him either. It is impossible to count to eternity...it hurts my head thinking about it. Just as it is difficult to fully understand the fact that he has always been here before anyone else.
