I having a day at school where everyone has to dress up like people from the 50s. Have any ideas on what I should wear?

Well the 50's were all about fashion. Have you ever seen Rock-a-Bellies? The way they dress in polka dots and greaser outfits? I would suggest you dress in tight black capris and black slip on ballet flats, a red and white polka dotted collar shirt with a white scarf tied on your neck and a clipped back curl hair style. with red lipstick. You'll rule the school and definatley look super cute.

We recently had 50's day at my school, and I wore a black, v-neck t-shirt with black leggings, black heels, and a scarf around my neck (can't forget the high pony). I was looking for the "end-of-Grease-Sandy" look. Otherwise, pull out the poodle skirt and saddle shoes!

the 50s was all about rebellion. I suggest looking at the movie Grease to get ideas.
girls wore:
-big skirts (that reach up to your ankles)
-little sweaters
-ponytails
boys:
-leather jackets
-tight jeans
-hair greased up

Hair, straight down with edge curls
Dress, checkered but not with apron

get a fluff skirt with a poodle on it and get a nice shirt then get some type of plain white shoes.then leave your hair down or put it up high.
