You can buy some pink powder fro the jewellers, you just rub the powder into the scratches, and the powder `fills up` the scratch.

Depends....mirrors are glass with "silver" acutally mercury I beleive on the back to give the reflection. If the back is scratched its VERY expensive to have them remirrored. A trick in the antiques world is to remove the silver and have a new thin mirror cut and simply back up the fancy glass. If you are talking about the glass itself it is also a labor intensive job. It has to be polished to remove scratches. Rouge and a hi speed cloth wheel are used.
You are going to have to seek professional help or get a knowledge base and tools for either I am afraid.

I guess a jeweller might be able to polish them out, or replace the glass if too deep or too big
