We have to be intelligent enough to figure out what their true intentions are before allowing them to have power over us.

With power comes responsibility, your responsibility. You take the call, they take the fall. As long as my paycheck doesn't change. (get smaller) ..... - Hey, how are things? My all powerful buddy - Oh that's good - by the way the IRS called 11 times for you. Now if you are talking about G.W. that's pretty much the same. American relief efforts - Red Cross - Peace Corp - Starving Children's Charities etc. help the world go round. The more people America has working for America. The more the whole world benefits. Contrary to popular belief - mankind has been working towards one doctrine - one world - from the beginning. It's just now with the power of communications - the world has become smaller. Which speeds the rate of change from the past. I don't trust anyone who seeks power selfishly - But anyone willing to take on the world and take none for themselves is a friend in my book. I do wish G.W. wouldn't be so shady. I don't like him, personally. What I like is the way things will work 10 years from now, as a result of bringing freedom to the oppressed. I truly believe we are witnessing the beginning of events from Revelations.

Good question. Yes I would, and I am surprised I am saying that but... You can not make things happen without power. If the motives behind seeking the power are to make changes that will help things than I can accept that.

Of course if it's just an ego trip it's usually pretty easy to spot.

I wouldn't. A person who actively seeks power is for themselves only and will stop at nothing to obtain power.

Hello Hugo,

I really wouldn't, although I've heard people say it's a very attractive trait. I tend not to find this a becoming trait, and tend not to trust them. If people try to get power over me i just RUN AWAY!!!
