Divide the percent by hundred it will show the decimal
if the answer is 1 then it is full or if it is 0.25 then it is quater, if it is 0.50 then it is half, then if it is 0.75 then it is three quaters.
Example: if it was 50%
then
Step 1: 50 / 100
Step 2 : 0.50 (use calculator then u may get an idea)
the answer is 0.50

to convert a percent into a decimal you take off the % and put a decimal point two spaces in (ex. 10%= 0.1 or 3.5% =.035 or 374%= 3.74)
to convert a percent into a fraction you take off the % and put the number of over 100 9ex. 19%= 19/100 or 3.5%= 3.5/100 or 285%=285/100

percent means 100ths. If you have 40% that means .40 (40 hundreths). To convert this into a fraction, it would be 40/100, which factored once would be 4/10, which factored againg would be 2/5.
