I seem to have a stalker and I am unsure of what to do about it(him)
Every time I brush my teeth/wash my face there appears to be this fellow staring at me through the little window above the sink, every time I go into the bathroom he's there what can I do???

why do so many of you people talk about a mirror. He doesn't say anything about a mirror! He says that this guy is looking through the window.
You should observe the situation in the hope of finding out why this guy wants to watch you brush your teeth. It maybe that you have just miss understood something. They're might be a rational explanation.
If not and he's just crazy then obscure the window with a net curtain. I'm surprised that you can see through your bathroom window anyway usually they're obscured.
If you think that he's dangerous don't do this it might provoke him. You have to call the local police when you catch him doing it, then you will be able to get a restraining order.

Oh what a shame ! If the little window can't be removed try brushing your teeth with hot water - stalker will disappear in a cloud of steam .........
