Is it possible to feel the baby move at 3 months?? I'm pretty darn sure it's not gas. Also, why doesn't my baby's father embrace my belly. I know it's not very big but I have to ask him to rub it or just take his hand & put it there. Does this mean he's not really excited about the pregnancy anymore?? But he was absolutely elated when we found out.

At 3 months you won't fill the baby kick but you might be able to feel butterflies or fluttering like movement. Don't worry about your boyfriend he will come around. My boyfriend didn't touch me during the first 5 months that didn't mean he didn't care or wasn't excited. He did take me shopping for clothes when I couldn't wear most of my normal clothes. But as soon as 6 months hit and he could see more of a bump and that the baby was kicking he can't help himself now he touches my belly all the time. I'm now 27 weeks and I don't who's more excited about the baby me or him!

If you have the feeling of "butterflies" in your stomach, then that could be the baby moving. You wont feel the baby kick yet. Not all men will embrace your belly and maybe he will once you are a little bit bigger. Dont worry about it. You have enough to worry about, so just take care of yourself! But it doesnt mean that he isnt excited about it. You cant really expect him to be jumping for joy for 9 months straight can you? I dont expect my husband to act like that, cause I dont even act like that. Sometimes talking about the baby too much pushes men away, not that he is going to leave you, but make time to talk about other things rather than the baby all the time.

It usually isn't possible to feel the baby move until 17 - 20 weeks.

Your baby's father won't really be that interested until he can feel and SEE the baby moving around. This is what it took for my husband to come around. It doesn't mean they aren't interested, but it is hard to feel attached to something that you can't see or feel. Give it time.

yeah its pssible. well i felt baby in the beginning of the 4th month. guys are weird sometimes and not all are good at showing there feelings and emotions. he loves you and baby. sit down and tell him that you would really love for him to touch your belly and without always asking him. say it makes you feel loved and secure. i love that too. some guys just got to be told. thats how it is. its ok though.

you may feel flutters at this stage but its not usually till later about 18- 22 weeks.
as for the dad.well maybe its cause he cant feel anything yet by putting his hand on you.only you will feel it just now .he wont until later when the baby is bigger.
maybe you should ask him what he feels about it instead of worrying! invove him in your pregnancy. im sure your worried over nothing .he will be over the moon

At three months, I don't think the baby is big enough to feel movement. Also, to answer your question about him touching your stomach...I think once you start showing and he can actually "SEE" a change, he'll be more receptive to your growing belly! Give him time...he'll come around...a baby does miraculous things to men...

usually guys arent into that thing till your stomach is huge. Dont worry, when the baby comes he/she will melt the fathers heart. Lol they are protected by the cutness factor.

Your boyfriends reactions simply mean that HE isn't comfortable with touching you that way now that you are pregnant. If you REALLY want to know then ask HIM, since he is the only one who knows what is going through is mind right now.
