Have found out that the Post office in Tesco Craigmarloch is open until 7, but that's going to be tight. Anything towards the south side?

The short answer is no.
Of the 165 post offices in the Glasgow area I can only find one that opens after 6PM and that closes at 6:30pm.

Call the Post Office Helpline on 08457 22 33 44, they will be able to advise you (they will be open 2morrow).

The Asda stores below have post offices, and they are usually open the same hours as the store.
It may be worth phoning to double check
