Jeremiah 1:5
but it is in reference to a certain prophet...I don't see the connection that says anything about abortion or a connection to all men...it simply is decribing God's connection to this prophete.

Psalm 139 is about the same, it is David praying and talking about his own creation...about the same as Jeremiah, not a very good example of anti-abortion policy in the Bible......

A similar phrase, often cited in the argument for pro-life is attributed to Jeremiah 1:5 in the Old Testament . How you interpret it is up to you and your own belief system
"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations"
It seems to be specifically addressed to Jeremiah but has since been interpreted by some (for whatever reason) to apply to all humanity.

If it is the anti-abortion scriptures you are looking for, hope I could give you a little help.
First of all, God stated in the Ten Commandments: "You shall not murder." (Deut. 5:17) This shows that God values human life and therefore people must value the lives of others.
Psalm 127:3 "Sons are a heritage from the LORD,
children a reward from him."
Exodus 21:22, 23 "If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely [a] but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows. But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life,"
These verses show that God values the life of a baby in its mother's womb very much, and we should view a baby (even unborn) as God's gift.
Based on these principles, abortion is wrong.

Yes it proves that God loves the childeren that he creates and the ones that he aborts. The phrase does not differentiate between the children the brings into the world and the children he chooses to abort through miscarriage and the abortions that the demands of women who pray for his permission to abort.
The phrase is one of the strongest pro abortion statements in the Bible because it is clear he loves both aborted and full term fetuses and he chooses not to harm either fetus. When God aborts a fetus there is no death involved. If you believe otherwise, please quote your source in the Bible.

Sorry but I am not great at remembering exact location but i'll find it for you... also he said in the last days woe to the doctors and lawyers too... could they be all about abortion too.... watch a video on abortion and watch the baby flinch and try to move away from the needle... it just wants to live a natural instinct....even a dog has enough sense to take care of it's offspring...
