If a country solonizes another, would this result in progress? for which country?

Being better than we were in the past. "Past" being the last century or yesterday. "Better" as in - more advanced mentally, morally and technologically. Because, how is there true, visible/usable, advancement without progress?

Progress is communication. The ability to communicate ideas without turning to war. The ability to tolerate others and learn to do good for goodness sake. The ability to take care of the planet and treat everything as if it lives and matters.

realization that is no such thing as free will- and that god would have to be the most evil being alive..........because its true and obvious, and since realizing truth, and not being dumb would both a definite improvement, well, fine, dont listen....... never expected you to anyways.
