If a multi-time WWE champion can be underrated, it is HHH. He has been in the promotion for a decade now, and for most of that time, he has been the number one heel. While he did have some face turns, (and the jury is still out on how this latest DX reunion is going to go), HHH has basically carried the promotion from the "bad guy" standpoint, while other stars have taken extended leaves to make movies(Rock), build families(Undertaker, among others), etc. He is the modern day Ric Flair, and its no small coincidence that the 16 time Champion has hung on so long to mentor HHH. Keep in mind that this guy tore a leg muscle during a match, and instead of signaling to the ref that he was legitimately hurt so they could do a quick finish, actually finished the match by still selling moves because he knew he was the only heel star in the promotion….king of kings one and the only triple h..

To me it would definitely be Bret Hart because each and every time he won that belt was because he fought his way back to the top. You see unlike alot of the people who become champions nowadays (Cena), after every time Bret would lose the title it would take him about a year or a least four months (but usually a year) to get another title shot, and he had to face everyone to get to it. To me that's what I want to see in a champion, someone who had to scratch, kick, punch, bleed, sweat, limp, bite, and crawl (if he has to) in order to become champion. That is one of the many reasons is my all-time favorite champion and wrestler. I hope that answers your question.

For me it's a tie with Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, Brock Lesnar and John Cena.
They're my all time fave WWE Champions.

When Randy Savage had the belt, that was fun to watch. Even though Andre was slow in the ring, he was a class act and that was pretty awesome.
