you have a nice deck 8/10
Magical Hats makes you give up two non monsters cards from your deck and then you lose them so replace it with Threatening roar because it stops all attacks and you can use it at any time for no cost
shadow spell is goo but love to use nightmare wheel it stops the monster attacking and deals 500 points of damage to your oppont for every of your standby phases as long as thie cards stays on the feld

i say 8.3/10 which is pretty good. In my opinion you have a bit too much things going on. I suggest to take out the final countdown and the dark door, the magical library and get a magician of dark chaos. Good deck overall though.

change up the cards u dont want all spell casters trust me i know from experience
i know u got kuriboh but there should be more then 1
u see if u have more then 1 type
u have better chances of getting good combos
like i use multiple types so then i can still kick but and not worry to much that im going to get totally destroyed cuz they might have an anti spell caster deck that can work on a couple different people but if u mix it up ur not going to get tottally destroyed
oh and dont copy the starter decks that is almost all special packs like yugi evolution and the new spellcaster deck
i admit its not all bad ill give u a 8.9 out of 10

you might want aqua madoor (1200 att 2000 def spellcaster) in your deck its non sac, so its better than neo aqua madoor
With your magicians, you might want to add yami also ( increase all spellcasters and fiends att and def by 200
200 att can do a lot in a duel
