As a former HR recruiter I'm not sure what company you are interviewing with, the salary offered, the corporate environment, etc.
-I can tell you from your vague information that companies are looking for people that are analytical, can think outside the box, can work both independently and within a team environment and who can tell them where they'll be in five years with the company.
-Give examples of analytical thinking, hobbies, what you'll contribute to the company and times you worked through stress, independently on a project and had conflicts with other employees.

Preparation is key. Know the job requirements and know the company. They want someone who really "belongs" there, so it should feel like something you are really meant to do. Don't stammer or fidget, these are signs that you are being dishonest, even though you may just be nervous. Make the interviewer feel like they are the boss, but maintain your dignity and don't be too desperate.
