How do I exercise those muscles found under my armpits ? and what is the name of them

if you are talking about the muscles that v out when you lift your arms, those are you "lat's" laterial ______ can't remember the second word-- a part of the muscles of your back. The pectoral cover the entire front of your chest and connect in front of your chest. Pec's don't really reach under your arms, lat's do.

I would think they are part of your pectoral muscles.
