I keep hearing about Reaper's Realm. Also, there's one about 2 hrs. from Chicago in Niles, MI that's awesome. It's called the Niles Haunted House but it's one of ten best in America. Any that you recommend?

The best one -- by far -- is Statesville but it's not IN Chicago. It's in Crest Hill, IL. It's $25 to get in and it's TOTALLY worth it.
The second best one is Dungeon of Doom in Grayslake, IL. That one is $14 and it was pretty good. There's a room at the end that was, by far, the best, scariest, most unique thing I've ever seen at a haunted house.
The one in Elmhurst, IL at Berens Park was more fun than scary - it was a Park District thing. The actual haunted house was decorated really cool but the actors are not scary at all. Also, there was a character that had, by far, the scariest mask we've seen this year. There are two mazes at the end. The chain link fence one was fun. WARNING: Wear boots and don't dress nicely if it's been raining. The first maze turns into a MUD PIT if it's raining.

The Niles Haunted House in Niles, Michigan, is a fantastic attraction! It is a great time for the entire family!

Dream Reapers in Melrose Park, IL
Nightmares: Basement of the Dead in Aurora, IL
Halls of Horror in Crown Point, IN
Depending on your taste, these four haunts have it. If you are looking for a great family haunt that will entertain the little ones and still scare mom and dad, check out Dragon Dome Haunted House in Frankfort, IL, in addition to the Niles Haunted House in Niles, MI.
