I must spend time alone with myself and with God in order to figure out the right/wrong, directions he’s leading me and how to be a better human being. I try to do this daily, but I don't always succeed, and I certainly fall short of everyone’s expectations (including my own).

Yes. I'm prone to bouts of introspection and I always try to analyze decisions. Sometimes to the detriment of spontinaiety. But I also try to reflect on life with a sense of humor too. My signature on my email says:
"The over-examined life is no fun living." I do try to keep it real.
