It is hard to find perfect love. Anyone looking to someone else to find it however, is another story. We humans seem to look to another to cover up our multitude of sins - thereby failing to find that perfect love. It can't be found outside. I really don't want to sound like another religious fanatic which I definitely am not. But the kind of love you are looking for is not sated by another person and one thing I learned is how selfish I was to want another person to fulfill me to the level I was looking for.
Until I looked at my multitude of sins (which by the way I am still resolving), then I was looking outside for love. Now that I like who I am and am starting to love who I am turning out to be, I can look to another person to share myself and be a bit more happy with life. It's the amazing divine part of you that you are looking for and it can be achieved on earth - that's what we are supposed to BE doing here.
By all means love God and look to God, but if you are looking at a devine symbol somewhere in the sky forget it. He/She is inside of you.

Reality check-
There is no such thing as "perfect love" among humans
Perfect love is only what you receive in your spiritual relationship with your God or higher power. And that actually covers no sins..... love will not cover them at all, forgiveness and acceptance covers those.
Humans are flawed and thankfully so, anything perfect will not allow us to appreciate the importance of gratitude in the love we give and receive.

Yes, we can find this love on earth. And, there is only one perfect love. The Bible tell us of this love, starting with probably the worlds best know verse,
John 3:16-17 Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Romans 5:8-10 also tell us that God gave us his son to die for US to save us from our sins.
Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
God forgive us all our sins, there is no sin too small or too large. In his eyes they are all the same. And will be forgiven, without ever being thought of again.
How could you improve this type of perfect love? We are given an eternal life, just for having faith in him. Accepting him. If more people lived according to his word, they would see that his love is the only perfect love. And it is here on this earth.

Of course. Millions..no.. BILLIONS of people have found such love on the earth. I'm also pretty sure aliens and other people around the universe have found love like that..lol.

I think it can be....I believe in it....I know the soul seeks to experience perfect love, the highest feeling.
