the Psychline link looks to be highly commercial (Read - Expensive) Your local or shcool library probably subscribes to an online database like Jstore, Ebesco or MasterFile Premier.

I use NCLIVE her in North Carolina, both my school and my local library subscribe. I'm sure a local institution will be able to turn you on the Journal Access.

Libraries also carry most professional Journals in microfilm format as well.

These journal articles are peer reviewed and are often the only acceptable method for sourcing an academic article. Otherwise, anybody could say anything and post it to their web site.

Your local university library should have journals you can check out or online access to full-text articles. Highwire Press (managed by Stanford) has free full-text articles from Psychiatric News. It also has some free full-text articles from the Journal of Pediatric Psychology, Psychiatric Bulletin, Psychiatric Services, Psychosomatics, and Schizophrenia Bulletin if the article is over 12 months old.

Try typing in a few keywords into PsychInfo. It's a wonderful resource.
