If your computer hangs or reboots while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. Click on View (top LH of page) click on Toolsbars, Click Lock the Toolbars. If you mean they are deleted from your hard drive, they are probably not. For instance for My Music, open Windows Explorer, click on Search, type in My Music and tell it to search all files and folders on Local Drive C.
