Almost ALL the time the first movie is better than a sequel. So,
Halloween 1 is better
Nightmare on Elm Street is better
Scream 1 is better
Child's Play 1 is better
I think Saw 2 was better though
The Exorcist is better
Texas Chainsaw Massacre - the original and the remake-- is better

Exorcist, Jeepers Creepers and House, As for the rest the first is always the best with the exception of Friday the 13th in which part two was definitely better.

The exorcist was not a scary movie .The exorcist was a comedy.
come on the peeing scene. the frozen room. the 360 turn of her neck. I really had to laugh when she used crucifix as a dildo.
the bed shaking. I am sorry I laughed my *** off through out the entire movie.
