Let him know you don't like it, and ask him to stop. If he does it again, it is harassment.

This actually is a two sider. So you gave him a kiss and he tried to steal second! You never stated in your question that you didn't like it. Did it make you uncomfortable or did it surprise you? That is actually the question you have to think of and then go from there...

I'd have to say you sent mixed signals. Giving him a kiss said to him that he could go for more. If you don't want your girls fondled, don't lead a guy on. They're stupid like that. It'd have been another thing if you were just talking and he took a grab.

This is obviously a guy you care about to some degree to kiss him... I personally would let him know the severity of his actions and that without the 'come on' from you then he has no right whatsoever to be doing that...

well giving him a kiss made him think you maybe open for some more advances, so next time, be clear and tell him you are not open to more than the kiss.

I think you should just slap him. If you aren't ready for that, then just tell him he should understand the way you feel.Or maybe just break for a few days to sort out your thoughts about him.

Some guys just assume they can do that, or worse.Just because you kissed him gives him no right to try to go further.
You should have slapped him.

SLAP HIM AND SLAP HARD. If this happens again file a sexual harassment suit against him.
Good Luck

Was this done at work? If so, you should report that to HR. If it was done in your own private time, than you should tell in a very firm way, that you are not ok with what he has in mind.
