Yes, but I cannot operate ALL of the controls of my time machine. I can pause one moment for a while and I can lengthen the amount of time between the present and the future. In some sense, I can prevent the future from ever arriving, because once the future DOES arrive, it is the present.
I could hold the past for longer than normal, but I know it's better if I don't.
And now, I am in a different moment than when I started answering this question, so I traveled in time.

In a sense we are all time travelers. All of us travel in the present forward to the future. One day maybe we will be able to reverse this and travel back in time but for now we all trek forward.

in whole no but in part yes . God made adam and eve and from then to now those genes have traveled and withstood time and what we think and look like in part has traveld with each generation and will continue to do so even if we clone ourselves out of being true bloodlines because the entity human is Gods creation and in order for that to change it must be ended all together and God would have to recreate another entity all together .

BUT WE ARE ALL HERE FOR OUR OWN REASONS
we are not ready, thats why the TTT time travel tube sheer between andromeda and milky way is ummm under construction hehhehh yeah thats it renos and time travel is limited to locals only.
You could say someone tied a knot in the time tunnel so those who came here get to stay here with the rest of us.

by your question do you mean that you travel from one time to another , or in the sense that we are sentient creatures occupying a place in space/time ? because by the second definition we are all time travelers ............
