It is a white, Koehler "Memoirs" bowl. Not sure what those are made of.

drain your toilet, turn the water off to the toilet and flush it so that its empty, go by bathtube paint sold at lowes and home depot and paint the in side of the toilet..are you sure the scratches are deep and just not stained? pour straight bleach in it first to make sure its just not stained so you dont waste your money we had this happen once and it was just dirt from the snake..

I've used Comet on my toilet for years. I just remodeled my bathroom and have a new one and will continue to use Comet. It does a good job and is way cheaper than other products.

Use a pumice stone. You can buy them with handles so you don't have to stick your hand in the toilet. Buy them at WalMart stores.

Turn off the supply valve, flush the toilet. Scrub with "Bartenders' Friend."

Porcelain, there is a touch up paint you can buy if it's white. Or e-mail Koehler and ask them.

didthe same thing,cleaned it with MR clean..
