Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, avoid oily food only use 2 - 3 teasppon of oil. U can have non-veg but baked, grilled ar boiled go for walk for atleast for an hour very day and walk fast.concentrate when u eat eat less chew well. and drink lots .... of water

try jogging in the morning.change ur lifestyle..drink lots of water...dont eat chipand ghee foods
