It might as a rule be less expensive so that you can research in Europe. As you point out, nations which are side of the EU have agreements on economics, but additionally on migration and pupil alternate. The fee for journey bills will have to be not up to the usa, you would now not desire a visa, and a few inter-nations tuition agreements might cut down school bills. Also, it can be less difficult so that you can get a pupil mortgage, possibly even out of your nation to research overseas. In the states, there's fierce festival for scholarships on account that even born-americans pay for his or her schooling. Make definite that your degree might be identified while you go back house, in which I reside the federal government does not admire any coaching/education performed external (of Quebec), which is unhappy and makes it complex for brand new immigrants. But that's off-subject. Some fine internet sites have been mentionned by means of different answerers. When you seem at the internet site of universities, attempt to see if they've a piece-on-campus software for alternate pupils, it'll aid to make a couple of additional $ to hide a few charges. Good success!

I don't know of any US college that would allow you to study abroad all 4 years. Why don't you just apply to colleges in the country in which you want to study?
