I would like to restore my PC because I lost all my files. My Pc had a blue screen and I did a PC recovery and I lost Microsoft Word and my music files. I tried restoring it to a later but it wont let me.
Please help

I hate to tell you, but unless you did a backup of those files, the files/programs that were done since the last natural backup that Windows did are gone. I tried everything to recover it too, and have had to buy an external modem cause it took out the internal modem on my laptop.

u should be looking for data recovery software. i'm using backup utility to protect my data, so didn't need any data recoveries, but i have heard some possitive comments about r-tools technology. hope it will help

yep , once you do a recovery i restores your computer to a earlier time and you lose anything you had after that time . sorry :(
