If you're asking about a common cowbird, then its two wings for the cowbird. If you mean a moon jumping cow, then the answer is 'no wings'. The moon jumping cow has a unique ability to transform its front legs and unfurl them into flappy things - somewhat like what flying squirrel has. These flappy front legs, according to zoologists and bovine specialists, ARE NOT wings. What may pose a problem, these cows also develop opposable thumbs when flying.

Buffaloes have wings not cows but maybe they have invisible wings so they can jump over the cheesy moon

Ha ha ha. Sorry, you must have been mistaken. It isn't cows that have wings, its buffaloes. Ask Jessica Simpson, she's an expert on them. Spent her entire college career studying them.
