Indeed it would. Much better than a college degree or experience with computer programming. I'll bet, if you put it in your profile on Match.com you'll get lots of dates.

Sorry Bro... I'm afraid it might suggest that you have a little too much time on your hands ;-)
What you might do, though, is in the section of "Other Activities" Or Outside Activities" you might consider something like this;
. Subject Matter Expert on xxxx - Provide ongoing counsel and answers to open questions in the area of xxx. Over the last "y" time, over xxx% of the answers provided have been adopted and xxx% of the time, my answers are seen as the most complete and authoritative.
Keep track of how many times you are the "Best Answer" and use that as your % of adoption and % of "most complete and authoritative". If you are the "best answer" than it's pretty clear the person is likely to do something with it. Don't mention Yahoo Answers! specifically, not because it's bad, just because it's uneccessary.
And, if you're really serious about using it...set a personal website that takes follow on questions and plug that link into the "Know Your Source?" area of these answers inviting the person to come to the site for follow on advice.
If you did that... it would probably give you some extra points in Resume or Interview.
Cheers,
TBG

It is great that you do so well and are proud of your accomplishments on this site. However, it would not be appropriate to put it on your resume.
If you like counseling people and giving advice find an organization to volunteer your time advising people on a subject you are interested in such as a crisis hotline, tutoring elementary school kids after school, literacy volunteers, salvation army, red cross, etc.
Outside activities such as the ones listed above are very impressive when put on a resume. They demonstrate your ability to interact and communicate well with others, leadership ability, and willingness to be a teamplayer.
Good Luck!

You know, I thought that, too, at level 3. Then I decided to wait. Now I'm on 6, so I figure waiting for 7 would be so much more impressive on the old CV. Shows my determination.

Not unless you are applying for a Y! administrator position. It's not work related otherwise so I would leave it off.
