It would depend on the relationship one has with ones wife to begin with. Remember there are swinger out there that would do it for free let along 5 million dollars.
But presuming I was in an exclusive committed serious in which I was in love I would say no. By accepting such an offer you would irrevocable change the nature of the relationship and no amount of money should be able to take the place of true love.

I'm not married anymore but I might. My ole man would have to do a lot of useless tapdancing to get any of the money if he was the one that set it up and agreed to it. Given the time and heartlessness I think if I set it up I could get more. True love doesn't quite work that way. For better or worse.
